Trial Details

  • The study will involve the use of a new compound being developed for the treatment of pain particularly that associated with inflammatory diseases.

You may be eligible to apply for this study if:

  • You are a non-smoker and have not smoked or used any nicotine products in the last 6 months
  • You are willing to use two forms of contraception during the trial and for three months after the trial
  • You are a healthy male volunteer aged 18-45

    • You will not be eligible to apply for this study if:

  • You have taken part in a trial within the last three months.
  • You are using regular medication.
  • You have donated blood in the last 56 days. 
  • If you had any neurological problems including fits and head injuries. 
  • If you have ever suffered from diabetes.
  • If you have ever received treatment for anxiety or depression.
