  • This study is being carried out to investigate a compound which is being developed for treating high blood pressure. This is a First Time in Human (FTIH) study which means that this is the first time that the study drug will be given to people.

You may be eligible to apply for this study if:

You must be a non-smoker for more than 6 months.
You must have a body mass index (BMI) of 18-30kg/m2.
 
Caucasian Males 18-55

You will not be eligible to apply for this study if:

You have tested positive for hepatitis B, C or HIV.
You have a history of alcohol or drug abuse.
You have any allergies to medication.
You have any known or suspected hypersensitivity to any drugs.
You have used any inducer or liver metabolism in the last 3 months.
You have donated blood in the last 3 months.
